RETURN POLICY
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by BuyInstantGreenTea.com for a full credit or refund, keeping the following in mind:
What do I need to do for a return?
Customer Service Department (Within UT State) for a return authorization number (RGA#).You can also request an RGA# by e-mail by submitting a written return request to info@BuyInstantGreenTea.com. Please specify your order number, and invoice number if available, along with the product being returned and the reason for the return.
Where do I send in my return?
When sending your return, please indicate the reason for your return and be sure to include a copy of your packing slip or receipt.
Are there any restrictions or restocking charges?
Returned products that are not in salable condition will be charged a 20% restocking/handling fee. Credits/refunds will be issued for the product only. Shipping charges that you incurred will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error and only if a replacement item is ordered.
You should return the item to us within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective.
We provide free return shipping and refund of any applicable shipping charges if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). Shipping is not refundable for any other reason.
If your return is not the result of our error, a return shipping fee of $7.00 will apply on all orders that qualified for free shipping. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will be happy to replace or refund for the damaged/defective/incorrect items in your order. In some cases, we may request that you send the damaged/defective/incorrect items back to us, while in other cases we will request that you dispose of the items appropriately. Please do not throw away your damaged/defective/incorrect items until you have spoken with a Customer Care Specialist.
